Oh my Goodness! Our Butlers Shante, Charmaine, and Darin WERE THE BEST IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! The hardest thing we had to do was to relax. They did everything to make sure our vacation was truly memorable, relaxing, and fun. Shante, Charmaine, and Darin should receive a pay increase and all new butlers should definitely train with them. They are a terrific trio. Also, they knew what we needed before we asked. You can't get any better than that. Shante. Charmaine, and Darin we miss you all!

Our honeymoon to Sandals Grande Antigua was fantastic!! We have been home for a few days now and already want to go back! What makes Sandals stand out compared to other resorts is the quality of staff members. Staff in all locations are always checking in, saying hello, asking if you need anything, etc. Not once did we encounter an unfriendly staff member who didn't want to make our experience better. The all-inclusive nature of Sandals makes relaxing even easier - no need to carry around a wallet! The variety of excursions provided has something for everyone. Our favorite excursion was the Xtreme Circumnavigation boat tour in which we saw all 360 degrees of the island! We also enjoyed our couples' massage at the Red Lane Spa. You feel at ease right upon walking in. I cannot speak highly enough of this resort overall. There is no better place!

My wife and I came for our Honeymoon and it was a great experience. We enjoyed every minute of it. Our favorite part of the trip was the staff. We wanted to give a shout out to 3 people on staff that made our experience very memorable. First off Shonell, she was the best. She treated us like family and always talked to us. She always greeted us with a smile and a great attitude. She always looked for us and made sure we had a great time. Next was Big John I, he was amazing. He was another member of the staff that always looked out for us and made us feel very special. He went above and beyond and made us feel like more than guests. Finally another person was a member of the wait staff, Kia. She always met us with a bubbly smile and made us feel special. All around this trip was great, the weather was greats the resort was great and the staff was amazing. Thank you Sandals.

Sandals Antigua did not disappoint. A dream vacation to be sure! The staff are very attentive and the grounds are kept beautifully. The food at the restaurants was a bit more americanized than I expected so we went into St John for local flavor. Rooms are very clean, kept fully stocked and the beach is very clean. We will be going to another Sandals soon.

We went to sandals Grand Antigua for our honeymoon and I can't say enough good things. We stayed for two weeks and We had three butlers and they were Geoffrey Dionne and O. seriously the A team. Geoffrey was so professional friendly and Provided us with amazing service and would even call us sometimes just to check in. Dionne was so very nice she made us laugh and smile every time we saw her not to mention took care of whatever we needed immediately. O would bring us whatever we needed and always with a smile not to mention he was very quick and on point. They made our experience so much more memorable and they are forever a part of our lives. They were all so pleasant prompt friendly helpful and attentive. The grounds were immaculate at all times and everyone was amazing and friendly. Everyone said hello. Delmar the wonderful photographer was so patient and unbelievable. he took the most amazing photos and I am so grateful for him for capturing our honeymoon and giving us a wonderful gift to take home. not to mention he was so very nice and will look for us at times just to say hello. Nia kelisha Ron and Sasha in the entertainment department made us laugh be active and get up and have such a fun time every single day. this trip was the best one of our lives and we owe it all to your wonderful staff. The resort was huge And so beautiful we will definitely visit again. Thank you everyone at sandals. Restaurants were wonderful and the sushi restaurant soy was amazing. No matter where you went for breakfast lunch or dinner it was amazing. Food was consistent as well as pleasant friendly staff. Housekeeping was amazing kept our room spotless and always refilled anything we needed without asking. Scuba diving center was a wonderful experience and even taught us how to scuba dive on property definitely worth trying. A must to visit Don't look past Sandals Antigua it's a wonderful island and wonderful people

We have stayed at the Grande Antigua before and both times we gotten EXCELLENT service from start to finish. This time was a little different with "Covid" We still loved it !!!! I wanted Sandals to know the Butlers Wendel and Darin were the best, friendly and caring they took pride in there job and the people they helped , please pass this along to them . I know we thanked them everyday and when we left, but it is never enough, when someone does a great job they should know it .
