This was absolutely a trip of a lifetime! We had an ocean view club level room and the view was breathtaking. We got married on Thursday sept 23,2021 on the beach and we were floored by how perfect it was. Our on site planner Sheena made us feel so special and did the most amazing job, Jonathan our photographer was absolutely amazing. My husband hates photos and loved Jonathan so much we ultimately purchased a package because of how fabulous he was. Peaches was a witness and took care of us during our cocktail hour. She went above and beyond and made our day perfect! Destiny was our housekeeper and kept the place spotless and anticipated all of our needs from fresh towels to adorable notes that made us smile. I wish we could have tipped all these fabulous people because they certainly deserved it. We had a couples massage the day before we got married and it was absolutely perfect as well. My husband raved about it all week. Oma did my hair the day of the wedding and I certainly felt like a princess. It was gorgeous. Every single staff member was friendly, gave the best customer service and we were floored by how perfect this trip was. It certainly felt like home by the time we left. I can’t wait to visit other Sandals locations but St Lucia will always hold a special place in my heart and I hope to visit many more times.

We did a split stay in St. Lucia--first 6 days at the Grande and last 6 days at Halcyon--both were exceptional--we'd like to recognize Kedisha who works at Bombay at the Grande--who was an exceptional hostess and Solange (Sole) a club sandals concierge extraordinaire!! While at Halcyon we had an incredible time and want to recognize Mario's as our favorite restaurant and Ginna our fantastic server!! Thanks to all!! We'd eat at Mario's every night if we could!! Highly recommend!! Our spa experience at each resort was also exceptional!!

My wife and I celebrated our one-year anniversary at Sandals Grande St. Lucian. From the time we landed until the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. The all inclusive resort took care of EVERYTHING for us. No ask was too much. The room service, food, and amenities were great. Above all, the service was superb. Sharma Joseph and Ted (Pub Manager) took personal care of us during our entire stay. They provided a detailed list of restaurants with menu suggestions, gave detailed excursion options, enlightened us to the local culture, ensured that our dinner reservations were special, and even checked in on us daily! Sharma should be a resort manager! She was AWESOME, service-oriented and knew everything about the resort. We even won a personal car ride back to the airport along with champagne and an exceptional personal tour guide. Sandals Grande St. Lucian was better than we ever imagined. We will be back!

This was by far one of the greatest vacations my husband and I have had in awhile. We vacationed with 3 other couples that had never been to Sandals and they too agreed best vacation ever and we all booked another vacation while on property! Thanks to Nadia and her staff our stay was amazing. They made sure every day that we were enjoying our vacation from the "stage" cabana we reserved every day to making sure anything we needed was provided to us. So many staff members stopped by to meet us and tell us about the entertainment that would be going on in the evening and so many other fun things going on at the Grande. As diamond level our reservations for dinner were made upon arrival and every meal from breakfast to dinner was delicious. We had the most relaxing couples massage and all 8 of us went on the Luxury Seafood Catamaran cruise which was beautiful. Mr Anderson was wonderful each and every time we spoke, truly a great GM. This was our second trip to the Grande and we can assure you we will be back. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Until next time. :)

Bebihana our Sandals club representative was amazing. She took great care of us. Geema our butler was awesome, she went above and beyond. Remy the bartender had a drink ready for me before I even ordered. These people and many others made our 30th anniversary so very special! One that will never be forgotten.
