This was our first experience at Sandals and we were very pleased with the level of quality of all the staff, the care of the facility itself, clean and comfortable accommodations. The location was spectacular, our concierge (Kiev) was attentive, along with all the support staff to make sure our stay was memorable. This was the first vacation for my husband and I and we enjoyed it so much we've already booked our next one next year! Kudos to all of the personnel that made our stay so memorable; Passinet, Everton, Sheldon, Keisha, the talented therapists at the Spa, Percival (who made 2 tired and grumpy travelers very happy their first night at the resort), and so many others this writer cannot remember their names. Thank you all for this lovely vacation. We can't wait to come back.

I cannot say enough good things about the dive staff and our butlers. Your dive staff is competent, intelligent, warm and welcoming, and works together as a wonderful team. They made every dive feel safe and fun. The quality employees and dive experiences are one of the reasons I will always come back to Sandals. Our butlers were Romeo and Peta-Gaye. They were so friendly! They worked so hard to relate to us, have conversations with us, and anticipate all of our needs. Checkout was a hectic day and I cannot stress enough that Romeo made it easy. He deserves so many thanks for his help that morning. Every employee seems to genuinely love working for Sandals. Great job!

By far, the greatest trip I have ever been on. Special thanks to our Butlers, Patrick and Kayanne. These two went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. Thank you to our favorite bartenders, Everton and Kadia for making us feel right at home. Our first Sandals experience and it was amazing! My husband and I had the best week celebrating our honeymoon at Ochi with all of their kind and thoughtful employees. The resort and the golf course were absolutely beautiful and so serene. We felt so safe with all of the COVID-19 precautions that were in place. We enjoyed all of the food and appreciated the variety throughout the week. Our butlers, Moria and Akeem, were the absolute best and we appreciated their constant thoughtfulness. They truly made our honeymoon a special experience. We can’t wait to go back!
