We spent 8 nights here in October. I first have to start off with how hardworking the staff is, especially our Butlers Clovis, Johnil and Gerland. These 3 gentlemen, each having there own unique personalities making our trip memorable and we will request them whenever we return! We met Wayan(food and beverage)and Samira(Butler manager) and Maggie(photographer)throughout our stay and they are exceptional as well! My husband lost our water camera in the ocean on our last day, we mentioned it in passing to Samira, not even 10 minutes later, we found out she sent a mass email to all the mangers on the resort and one responded to having the camera, that a guest found it in the water and turned it in! Without her, we would have lost a ton of our photo memories. Maggie, she has a great outgoing personality that is so addicting, she always looks like she is having the time of her life and you just wanna be a part of it! We even rescheduled out photo session so that she could do it, and it so glad we did! Wayan engaged us in great conversation anytime we saw him and was just always so happy. Even though the employees had to wear masks, I could see there smiles shining through. The beach and ocean is amazing, soft sand clear water. We had green flags all week long. The food was delicious and never had a bad meal. This was our 4th time at a sandals resort, and first time in St Lucia. So glad we decided to try it out! Cant wait for our next adventure with Sandals!

My entire stay was amazing. Very friendly staff, but Joy in particular was AMAZING. She is the epitome of customer service/care and made my stay special. I even made sure to find which restaurants she was working at so I could be her patron. I have worked in customer service management, food/ beverage service management, and hospitality management and JOY IS A TRUE GEM! If I were running my own business again I would probably try to steal her from Sandals ;). Overall, I am very satisfied and will definitely be recommending Sandals to all my friends and family. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

I would like to say that our butlers Gem, Donovan and Owen were exceptional. Gem has an amazing outgoing personality and is a true delight. Donovan was very attentive and kind. Owen was kind and also very attentive. We felt so loved during our visit. They made our visit extra special and I truly appreciate Gem decorating our room for our anniversary.

We had no concerns with Covid while our stay. Sandals did an extremely great job with cleaning and sanitizing. The entire staff were so grateful for us being there. We had the butler service and the butlers couldn't do enough for us. When we came back to our at nite the did special things in our room, which set up romantic mood. Two separate chefs came to us during dinner to make sure our meals we to our liking and thank us for being there. Entertainment at the pool and at night was great. They engaged the guests to participate in the fun.
