Sandals Montego Bay is one of my favorite resorts. The water is what you’d expect from the Caribbean: clean and a beautiful turquoise color. Everybody is so friendly and goes the extra mile to make your trip special. This was our third time visiting this resort and it certainly won’t be our last.

My husband and I are not used to being waiting on, but the package we chose offered this service and it was AMAZING! We had two butlers: Carlene & Palmer and they were wonderful. Carlene had such wonderful and positive energy, she could anticipate our needs, checked on us often, and instantly brought a smile to our faces. Palmer was sweet, kind, and very proactive at making sure we felt tended to. He made a surprise lunch on the beach for us on our last day there and it was sooooo romantic. When we come back, we hope to have Carlene and Palmer service us again. They were the absolute best!

Our butler Orian made our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He cared about making our vacation the best that he possibly could. We are coming back next year and one of the reasons is because of Orain. HE IS AMAZING!!! There was also a bartender that we got to know quite well, Damain, Very friendly and a pleasure to be around. We had a great experience and can not wait to come back
