Greatest vacation ever! Hotel was great, food/cocktails delicious staff was the best, everyone so friendly and helpful. We had butler service. Madea and Kendrick are ROCK STARS they exceeded all expectations. We wanted for NOTHING, they anticipated all our needs during our stay. Would highly recommend the butler service, well worth the extra cost. We will be returning soon and will request Madea and Kendrick.

We were very pleased with our stay! I can not say enough good things about Kirven the photographer he took some amazing pictures of us. We also went on a private Yacht tour with Jermain and Omar which they were excellent and very nice guys. The whole resort was very clean and you all should be very proud of your resort. Keep up the great work also you can use our photos too.

Our stay at Negril was THE best Caribbean experience we've had. The environment was perfect, the food was great, and the service was outstanding. All of the servers and staff deserve praise, but several especially standout - Javada, Claudette, Kendra, Kimora, and Keron. They made our stay so pleasant and stress-free. We've already booked our next Sandals excursion to Grenada in the fall.

My husband and I have been to several different Sandals locations and are huge fans. Our most recent trip was to Negril. This was our second time at Sandals Negril. We celebrated our Honeymoon there 15 years ago, and this trip was for our 15 Year anniversary. We were very concerned about traveling during the COVID pandemic. I cannot say enough about how very happy we were to feel "Normal" again. Sandals and their staff do a fabulous job at making sure you are safe. Everyone was, as always, very friendly and helpful. We wanted to make a special mention of some of the amazing people that work so hard to make you comfortable and safe. We had THE ABSOLUTE BEST 2 Butlers. To start... Our butler Gawayne ( I swear he reads minds) because he somehow knew, what we needed, when we needed it, without us asking. Our other butler Orlando was fantastic. Both of them made us feel special during our entire trip. I would Highly recommend this team if you are considering using the "Butler" service. Also, we would like to mention Glenville from housekeeping. He was always there asking if we needed anything, with a smile on his face and something nice to say. Our Sandals Loyalty team member Janine was a great help when we were booking our next trip. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

From the moment we arrived (after the Covid buffers), we were treated with so much care! Our car was ready and waiting. Our driver, David was so wonderful, we asked for him on the way back too. We were assigned absolutely incredible butlers (Orlando and Gawayne)! I loved the attention to detail, care and consideration that they both put into everything! They could read our minds, I'm sure! Each need was met before the request. We will return to Negril just to spend a week with them again! We are grateful for Janine at the loyalty and rewards department for helping us sign for our next trip to Ochi Rios (right on the beach in our chairs)! Pamella was a beautiful force of a woman at check in and the rewards dinner. Very impressed with Stacy-Ann our house keeper! She made sure we had everything we needed each day. Bobby at the Bayside and Clovette at Barefoot were two that made our dining experience wonderful! Marlon best bartender in the place. He really embodied that One Love vibe.

My husband and I originally were scheduled to go to Ochi. With COVID, reservations got moved around and we ended up in Negril 6 months after our wedding. We could not have asked for a better stay. The staff was AMAZING, the resort was beautiful and relaxing, and there were so many activities for us to participate in. My husband enjoys wakeboarding at home, and he was able to do this on vacation as well. We also snorkeled multiple times! We were amazed by the water and sea life we were able to see! We enjoyed all of the dining and bars! We could not rave about this place anymore! Definitely a 10/10 stay for us!
